Why a high quality and quantity of content ensures that your website can not fail!



Content marketing receives a lot of praise from internet marketers and experts in SEO. This is a form of marketing that focuses on creating and sharing high-quality blog posts, articles and videos. The general idea is that you provide a way for people to discover your site, but at the same time you can also demonstrate quality and authority so that people decide to visit your site on their own initiative.

Content marketing means not only writing the content, but also sharing with others on social media. You must create the content and then market the content as if it were a product in itself.

But what if you have done all that and your site is still not the huge sensation you were promised? Why do not you see the return you can expect from content marketing?

The simple answer is that you have a lack of quality or that you miss the amount.

A lot of content = a lot of $$$

If you produce large amounts of content - if you post a new blog post two or three times a day - it becomes very difficult to fail. On the other hand, if you only post once or twice a week, it is very difficult to become just as successful as the biggest players.

You can see this yourself if you only watch some of your favorite big blogs on the net. Most will likely appear several times a day.

This should be logical. If you hope that you receive a full-time wage from your website, this means that you should start treating it as a full-time job. You must write content and promote it full-time. Doing this for just a few hours a day is really not enough!


At the same time, creating a lot of content also creates a huge amount of opportunities for people to discover and interact with your brand. When you create a blog post on your site, Google identifies a number of long tail keywords, even if they are not optimized for SEO. These are exact matches for long, random sentences that people seek, but where no one takes the trouble to fight for.


Now let's assume that every article you post has one long keyword and that each search is searched once a week. If you have 3 new articles per day, that's 21 new hits that week. That is 42 new hits in week two and 63 new hits in week three.


And the chances are that some of those articles perform much better. The more you publish, the greater the chance that an out of control will happen quickly.

But that is the other thing you see: your content must be of high quality to offer a fairer than average chance to be shared and to go. Spam gives you nothing, so if quantity is not a problem, then quality is. But it is certainly one of those things!
